Job description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of critical systems that will replace legacy systems. Your expertise will drive the success of these projects, ensuring seamless transitions and improved efficiency.

Note: 6 - 12 month contract role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the implementation of a Risk Management System and a Rostering and Time Attendance system.
  • Compile user stories, develop test plans and scripts, and support the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT) processes.
  • Assist in the development of end-user quick reference guides and support the cutover to live systems.
  • Prepare data mapping specifications and support data migration efforts.

Experience:

  • You have a broad skill set and experience across various roles, such as test management, end-user documentation writing, or customer service desk roles.
  • You have 3-4 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst and have worked with systems related to Risk Management and Payroll/T&A/Rostering.
  • You excel in stakeholder engagement and have strong soft skills to effectively manage customer relationships.
  • Your background includes exposure to Risk Management Systems and Payroll/T&A/Rostering, enhancing your ability to contribute meaningfully to these projects.

Key Deliverables:

  • Compile comprehensive user stories to guide development.
  • Develop and execute test plans and scripts, supporting UAT/SIT processes.
  • Assist in creating concise quick reference guides for end-users.
  • Prepare data mapping specifications and support the seamless migration of data.
  • Provide support during the transition to live systems.

Location: On-site role (2 days work from home), southern suburbs of Adelaide.
