Are you a seasoned Business Analyst with a knack for navigating complex Software Development projects? If you thrive in high-stakes environments and want to make a meaningful impact, this quintessential government department is eager to hear from you.



Drive Requirements Excellence: Spearhead the development of Business and non-functional Requirements Specifications.

Transformative Analysis: Dive deep into current processes, identify pain points, and envision optimised future state processes.

Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with Project Managers, Application owners, and IT teams to ensure alignment and success.

Day to Day: Craft analysis plans, engage stakeholders, manage requirements, and document specifications.



Skills for Success

  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Business Analyst helping deliver key transformation projects with significant technology components. Working in government environments is an advantage
  • Experience delivering presentations and demonstrations, running workshops, and managing client's expectations.
  • Ability to articulate technology in terms that stakeholders can understand whilst understanding the impact of change on the business and providing the necessary support.
  • Expertise in industry standard modelling tools and methods
  • Experience working in Prince2 environments, delivering IT enabled solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience of contributing to procurement processes from preparation to contract award is an advantage
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong relationship building, stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills are required as well as the ability to deliver under pressure.
  • Experience working closely with vendors to identify requirements and deliver solutions
