ROLE PURPOSE:
The Business Analyst will help the project team to understand, document and respond to the constraints and opportunities presented by our processes and systems. They will work as part of service design and delivery teams to ensure the design approach can be implemented to modernise and transform government services for the South Australian community.
KEY OUTCOMES OF ROLE:
- Initiative requirements are analysed and documented for interfacing, functionality, workflow and business rules through consultation with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the success of initiatives aimed at modernising and transforming government services, including through process re-engineering, consolidation and standardisation.
- Develop requirement specifications and/or functional specifications to support technical implementation where required.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure the efficiency and user focus of the initiative.
- Contribute advice to the project team and other key stakeholders related to opportunities, issues and trends in design and digital government.
