As a Technical Business Analyst , you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation and efficiency. Your keen analytical skills will be put to the test as you collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. From streamlining data management systems to optimizing resource allocation processes, your insights will directly impact our ability to serve and protect the community.
Highly desirable
* Experience with the SDLC
* Experience in one or more of the following technical specialities:
- Database
- Desktop
- Infrastructure (server and operating system)
- Infrastructure (virtualisation and storage)
- Mobility
- Software
- Telecommunications
Desirable
* Use of fit-for-purpose tools to record and manage requirements for the documentation and management of quality assurance.
* System analysis activities on complex Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products
* Knowledge of Agile delivery
* Awareness of ITIL framework or similar process methodologies
* Awareness of PRINCE2 and similar project management methodologies
* A degree level qualification in Information Technology or Computer Science
