Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Workday Business Analyst to join our client's team and play a pivotal role on process mapping, analysis, and optimisation to ensure the HR department operates at its best. This role offers the chance to contribute to a dynamic team, collaborate with stakeholders, and utilise your in-depth knowledge of the Workday platform.



About the role

You will work closely with the HR team to identify inefficiencies, optimise workflows, and drive improvements in HR operations. Your expertise in HR processes and familiarity with Workday will be instrumental in this role.

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to document and map existing HR processes and workflows, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Analyse process data and metrics to assess efficiency and effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for enhancement.
  • Work closely with HR teams to redesign and optimise processes, ensuring they align with best practices and company objectives.
  • Create clear and concise process documentation, including flowcharts, diagrams, and written procedures.
  • Assist in the integration and alignment of HR processes with Workday, leveraging your expertise in the platform.



Qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, with specific expertise in Workday being a significant advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
  • Proactive mindset with a passion for driving positive change.
