Job description
Our client is looking for a Business Process Analyst with a strong background in end-to-end process mapping to facilitate workshops and thoroughly capture information while identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth process mapping and analysis of complex business processes.
- Utilise advanced process mapping techniques, (e.g. Holocentric Modelpedia), to create clear and concise visual representations.
- Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
- Lead and facilitate workshops with key stakeholders and capture valuable insights.
- Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies to identify and implement process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Experience:
- At least 5+ years experience as a business process analyst
- Prior experience in property or utility sector
- Strong experience with process mapping software, Holocentric Modelpedia is beneficial.
- Proven ability to facilitate process mapping workshops and engage with stakeholders.
