Job description
You will work as park of a highly skilled team, providing change management support initiatives across the agency, both ICT and behavioral/transformation projects. Work closely with project/delivery managers to understand project requirements to provide strategic change management advice and implement the changes.
Must have experience:
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management plans including holistic training, communication and stakeholder engagement solutions to maximise benefits realisation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in change management for ICT behavioral and transformation projects
- Ability to work within a small team, balancing competing priorities to deliver quality outcomes
Initial contract to 30 June 2022 with extension options | Australian Citizenship is mandatory for this position
