About the role
Change Manager is a highly specialised role responsible for working with the Cyber Change Team to design and execute appropriate strategies and solutions across a number of Cyber Security workstreams which will be aligned with the Cyber Program's overall change strategy.
Responsibilities
- Extensive experience as a Change Manager in large scale organisations managing change across systems, process, and people.
- Proven experience with using a recognised change management methodologies and tools within an enterprise scale environment.
- Experience leading and successfully delivering large scale Change Management programs.
- Demonstrable understanding of project and program management disciplines, with the ability to integrate change management deliverables accordingly.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
