Change and Communications Manager
📍 Melbourne | Hybrid | 6-Month Contract (Likely to Extend)
We're looking for an experienced Change and Communications Manager to lead enterprise-level, technology-driven transformation initiatives for a large-scale program.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and deliver the change strategy and plan
Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, and training
Facilitate workshops and knowledge transfer sessions
Monitor change activities, risks, and adoption
Coach leaders and support teams through change
What You Bring
12+ years' experience in Organisational Change Management.
Must have solid experience in Communications (including written) and engagement.
Mining or Utilities industry experience preferred.
Experience working in ServiceNow projects preferred (not mandatory).
Knowledge of HR processes nice to have.
Experience with change management tools and techniques.
Substantial experience of providing change and communications support within a professional service environment and/or a major organisation.
Experience working with distributed teams, spread across geographies and time zones preferred.
Relevant Certifications and Systems knowledge an advantage.
