Purpose of Role
● Good understanding of Modern Cloud Architecture around Data and Analytics APIs available on GCP/Azure.
● To work with stakeholders to ensure capacity and other non-functional requirements are clearly understood in deploying frameworks.
● To deploy cost-effective, innovative technology frameworks and cloud services that support best practice for data
infrastructure.
● Work with vendors to ensure the technical frameworks adhere to the vendors/architectural technical roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
● Setup Google/Azure Projects with Data and Analytics APIs to be consumed by end users as per Google Reference/Azure Architecture.
● Uplift deployments- Project APIs from legacy toolsets/versions, provide engineering capability to uplift deployments into Google/Azure DevOps for Data Infrastructure projects.
● Perform security Administration on GCP/Azure Projects related to Data Infrastructure Projects.
● Perform necessary upgrades to APIs as need to remain within the Google/Azure supported Framework.
