Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and enhancing both member and staff experiences? We are seeking a dynamic Continuous Improvement Lead to join our clients team.

As the Continuous Improvement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and delivering operational improvement initiatives across the organisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and implementing improvement initiatives using proven process improvement methods such as Visual Management, Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, and Kanban.
  • Streamlining operations and enhancing member experience by delivering process improvements aligned with our business strategy and promoting member-centric process design.
  • Cultivating a culture of continuous improvement by developing educational programs on lean concepts and fostering engagement among teams and leadership.
  • Collaborating with technology leaders to leverage technology enablers for optimising redesigned processes and transforming member experience.
  • Building and embedding a continuous improvement framework that aligns with existing project prioritisation and delivery practices.
  • Establishing a catalogue of business processes and implementing ongoing management capabilities across operational areas.
  • Developing, prioritising, and managing a pipeline of improvement initiatives to deliver maximum value at regular intervals.
  • Establishing data mapping and metrics to monitor financial savings against goals and targets.
