CRM Business Analyst is a highly specialised role responsible for organizing and analysing marketing and customer data and helping sales and marketing teams deepen their market influence and build long-lasting customer relationships.
Responsibilities
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience.
PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant or MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales certification is nice to have.
MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service certification is nice to have.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
