Work as a CRM Business Analyst with a large IT consulting firm for a leading organisation.
Role:
Gathering, documenting and validating internal requirements.
Facilitating business solution design workshops.
Data Analysis & Mapping
Collaborating with business users, project team members and other technical teams to document and transform business requirements into solutions.
Skills required:
Strong experience working as a Business Analyst
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementation experience required
PL-200: Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant Certification an advantage but not essential
MB-210: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales Certification OR MB-230: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service Certification an advantage but not essential
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
