About the organisation and role:
A 6-month contract role with an Australian telco with offices in Macquarie Park and a hybrid in-office / WFH environment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensure digital products are accessible and designed with optimal usability for all people
- Consult and recommend best practices by embracing the limitation of disability and drive to improve existing designs
- Monitor quality and compliance to the Accessibility WCAG 2.1
- Assess the severity of an accessibility problem by considering both compliance and the practical impact for people with a disability
- Educate others to increase awareness of Inclusive Design principles
The successful candidate's CV will mention much of following skills and experience:
- 4+ years of working within a Digital CX Design environment
- International Association of Accessibility Professional Certification / Web & Digital Access Accreditation
- Strong stakeholder management
- High level understanding of SEM and SEO Usability Testing
