Our client is seeking for a Cyber Security Hotline Team Leader and a Cyber Security Hotline Deputy Team Leader. Start Date: Friday, 19 April 2024

Contract Duration: Initial 3 years with a possible 12-month extension, up to 2 extensions.

Security Clearance: Must have Baseline clearance.

Position 1: Cyber Security Hotline Team Leader

Position Description: As a Cyber Security Hotline Team Leader at ACSC, your role is pivotal in overseeing the team's performance and operations. You'll provide support, conduct staff performance reviews, and lead staff training. Additionally, you will manage communication protocols and represent the ACSH at section meetings and working groups.

The contracted Team Leader will be engaged in the ACT from 0830 to 1630 Monday to Friday (with a 30 min lunch break).

The role is based at Majura Park, Canberra, ACT. There will be opportunities in Brisbane, QLD once positions are established. There will be no work-related travel. Note: Remote working options may be explored in the future.

Duties:

  1. Provide after-hours support and conduct bi-annual staff performance reviews.
  2. Deliver staff training and develop an agile training framework.
  3. Review and enhance operational aspects, including Salesforce CRM updates and IVR recommendations.
  4. Represent the ACSH at section meetings and working groups.

Position 2: Cyber Security Hotline Deputy Team Leader

Position Description: As a Cyber Security Hotline Deputy Team Leader at ACSC, you will be responsible for managing staff rostering and performing general administrative duties.

Quality assurance checks on Shopfront emails, calls, and case records are essential duties. You will also oversee updates to support material and conduct monthly audits of accounts/access for Service Officers.

The contracted Deputy Team Leader will be engaged in the ACT for a minimum of 5 hrs Monday to Friday. Hours to be negotiated.

The role is based at Majura Park, Canberra, ACT. There will be opportunities in Brisbane, QLD once positions are established. There will be no work-related travel. Note: Remote working options may be explored in the future.

Duties:

  1. Manage staff rostering and ongoing availability.
  2. Conduct quality assurance checks on Shopfront emails, calls, and case records.
  3. Coordinate on-boarding/exiting procedures, including New Starter packs.
  4. Oversee updates to support material and conduct monthly audits of accounts/access.
