About the Role
As a Desktop Support Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring that users have seamless access to systems and tools to achieve their goals. You will be part of a collaborative and professional IT team committed to providing excellent service to internal stakeholders.
Essential:
- Demonstratable experience in Desktop or ICT Support positions and working within multifunctional teams, providing a high level of customer service.
- Experience in using and supporting desktop hardware and software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office).
- Experience with and knowledge of ITIL principles and practices, including Service Desk, Configuration Management, Change Management, Release Management and Asset Management.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional vendor relationships.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise user requests for support.
- Substantial experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies.
