Job description

Are you a tech enthusiast with a knack for troubleshooting and providing top-notch desktop support? Our client in the education sector is searching for a skilled Desktop Support Officer to join their IT Support team. If you have hands-on experience with a variety of technologies, including personal and mobile computing, operating systems, Microsoft 365, cloud solutions, video conferencing, and office peripherals, we want to hear from you! 3 month contract to start (likely extensions).


  • Provide expert-level support for personal computing devices (HP, Mac, etc.) and mobile devices (iPhone, iPad, Samsung, etc.) in accordance with office or regional policies.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Windows Operating System, Mac OSx (limited), and associated software applications.
  • Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and its services, including OneDrive for Business, MS Teams, and other collaborative tools.
  • Work with cloud-based solutions such as Azure, AWS, etc., ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Support and troubleshoot video conferencing hardware and software based on global standards, facilitating effective virtual communication.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot office printers and copiers, adapting to variations in equipment based on office or regional policies.


*Hybrid work available, 100% remote not available.
