What you'll do in this role:
- Generate sales through contract & permanent staffing solutions
- Innovate business development and networking opportunities
- Build fruitful and long-standing relationships with new and existing clients
- Deliver great results to all stakeholders and constantly be looking out for opportunities to innovate efficient and effective solutions
- Communicate and collaborate with clients, candidates, and colleagues to form strong accounts
- Use honed recruitment techniques to acquire the most talented candidates!
- Perpetual talent engagement and strong personal & company branding skills
Skills you'll bring:
- 2+ years experience in recruitment
- Digital know how - it can come from professional experience, networking, or education
- Passionate about client relationships and delivery
- Fantastic business-development skills
- Strong skills/interest in all things IT and tech!
- Process-driven mindset- government experience ideal!
- Confident sales and cross-selling techniques
