Start Date: November - December 2023
Flexibility: 4 Days in the Office + 1 day at Home

Technical Parts of the Role

  • Website Management (CRO): Oversee the company's e-commerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for SEO & CRO.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Adjust strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow the company's presence on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engage with the audience.
  • Social Media Advertising: Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms like Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads to reach a wider audience and promote products.
  • Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising: Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce site.
  • Content Marketing: Create and manage the content marketing strategy, including Videos, blog posts, product reviews, and how-to guides to engage and educate the target audience.
  • Email Marketing: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product promotions, and cart abandonment emails.

Non-Technical Parts of the Role

  • Working directly with the General Manager, manage the digital marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Manage and mentor a team of 6 Digital Marketing Freelancers to ensure they are aligned with the overall strategy and goals.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and the product brand teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to adapt strategies and stay competitive.


What we are looking for

  • Must have experience and familiarity with e-commerce platforms, online sales strategies, and e-commerce optimization techniques.
  • A deep understanding of Digital marketing channels, including SEO, content marketing, PPC, social media, and Email marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for creating effective marketing content and collaborating with team members.
  • Innovative thinking to develop unique marketing campaigns and strategies that stand out in a competitive market.
