Key Responsibilities:
Design and Deliver Innovative Solutions
You will be responsible for designing and delivering Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based solutions, covering both Financials & Operations (FinOps) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Presales Expertise
Participate in presale activities, scoping, and creating proposals, helping clients understand the value of our solutions.
- Solution Development
Develop, configure, and deliver solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of our customers.
- Reporting and Integrations
Create reports and integrations that are an integral part of the solution, ensuring seamless data flow.
- Technical Expertise
Provide technical analysis, resolution, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of the solutions offered to our clients.
- Lead Upgrade and Migration Projects
Take the lead on upgrade and migration projects, showcasing your expertise in managing complex transitions.
- Mentor Junior Staff
Share your knowledge and experience by mentoring junior staff, helping them grow in their careers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Dynamics 365 Mastery
Proven experience in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on both FinOps and CRM.
- Power Apps Pro
Experience in building Canvas and Model-driven apps using Power Apps.
- Custom Solutions Wizard
Demonstrated experience in developing Dynamics 365/CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation, and crafting custom integration solutions with third-party vendors (minimum of 5 years).
- Tech Savvy
Proficiency with web development tools and technologies such as JavaScript, ASP.Net, C#, .NET, jQuery, SQL Server, HTML, and CSS.
- Power BI Skills
Experience in creating reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Integration and Migration
Expertise in system integration and data migration.
Nice to Have:
- Dynamics 365 Certifications
- Microsoft Azure Experience
- Azure DevOps Experience
- AI / ML Experience
- Creating Custom Connectors (API)
