Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an E- Commerce Digital Manager to join an Iconic Australian company in the fashion industry.

As the E-Commerce Manager you will:

  • Co ordinate the E-Commerce platform across 3 current websites Australia , UK and Outlet and ensure the brand is represented in line with the company vision.
  • Implementation of the new E- commerce platform project USA / Italy.
  • Maintain merchandising of all sites and drive conversion and improve the customer shopping
  • Monitor websites to avoid any malfunction
  • Site testing and technical analysis of the E-Commerce platform.
  • Photography of assets and upload products
  • Drive sales conversion and revenue.
  • Write product descriptions and upload new product descriptions and upload new products to all three websites.
  • Enhance search- marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, Display & Google Shopping.
  • Provide comprehensive weekly/monthly reports for all sites.
  • EDM creative upload and distribution to the right customer
  • Liaise with Web Developers to achieve results
  • Create marketing calender for Aus/Uk/Italy/USA Sites
  • Amend/Retouch of Imagery
  • Handover of collateral to wholesale customers
  • Co ordinate current affiliate and search for new affiliates
  • Update new subscibers
  • Project manage upgrade/updates
  • Create landing page and new categories

To be successful for this position you must have the following demonstrated skills and experience:

  • Proficiency across Google Analytics is essential
  • E commerce experience and accountability within the fashion retail sector with proven results.
  • Highly competent in Excel
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM
  • Knowledge of HTML & CSS
  • Strong merchandising and analytics experience
  • Expertise in Magento 2, AC3 hosting, Jira, and Balance is essential
  • High level of communication, both written and verbal
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, In design & Illustrator Google Analytic, My Business , Merchant Centre, Search Console, Adroll
