Job description
As a Field technician, you will be responsible for providing a range of support services to remote mine sites. This can range from performing network audits to establish existing infrastructure in preparation for new projects through to providing network and hardware support for on-site personnel.
Essential experience:
- Previous experience providing level 2+ support
- Familiarity with Cisco R&S and configuration of devices
- Demonstrated experience conducting documentation and user training
- Ability to support Exchange servers
- Creation and roll out of SOE's
