Our client's IT team is expanding, and they're seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join them. You'll play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to capture both functional and technical requirements, ensuring the successful delivery of IT projects and business initiatives.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct technical analysis, define business logic, and oversee data mapping and governance.
- Document functional requirements and related business processes.
- Analyze business systems and provide ongoing support.
- Establish user acceptance testing scripts and criteria, and conduct user acceptance testing.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in developing and implementing solutions.
- Expertise in developing functional requirements documents.
- Functional experience with supply chain, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems.
- Familiarity with Master Data practices, Data Governance, data integration, and transformation concepts.
- Experience with ERP systems, either through implementation, change, or management.
