Job description

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for HR transformation and process improvement? Do you thrive in ambiguous environments and enjoy bringing structure to complex business challenges?

A leading organisation is undertaking a People & Culture transformation initiative, and we are looking for a Business Analyst to drive the analysis, documentation, and optimisation of HR processes.

You'll play a pivotal role in mapping workflows, identifying risks, and ensuring governance and compliance, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to align People & Culture functions with strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and analyse business and system requirements to support HR transformation efforts.
  • Develop and refine process roadmaps, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Conduct gap analysis to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in HR operations.
  • Engage with stakeholders across HR, Risk, Compliance, and IT to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
  • Identify risk, governance, and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to company policies and frameworks.
  • Support change management initiatives, helping to drive adoption of new HR processes and systems.
  • Work closely with technology teams to ensure smooth HR system updates or integrations (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors).

About You

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in HR transformation, People & Culture, or business process improvement.
  • Strong background in process mapping, gap analysis, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to bring structure to highly ambiguous environments and drive clarity in complex projects.
  • Knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks within HR or business transformation settings.
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, SuccessFactors) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Why Join Us?

  • Be at the forefront of a major HR transformation initiative with a highly respected organisation.
  • Work alongside senior HR and business leaders, gaining strategic exposure.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance employee experience and organisational efficiency.

Enjoy a collaborative and flexible work environment with hybrid/remote options.
