A 12mth contract is available for an experienced HRIS Specialist!
The HRIS specialist role is primarily responsible for administering our Learning Management System and Teamgage.
Responsibilities include:
Managing the preparation, maintenance, problem solving and weekly uploading of our CHRIS 21 data to vendors to ensure up to date, accessible systems
Provide problem solving and technical guidance for staff in the operation and maintenance of the HRIS systems
Ensure security upgrades, procedures and practices are maintained and updated to reflect increasing ICT data integrity challenges
Work closely with the HR Strategy, ICT and other teams to administer and support all HR system technologies and enhancements to ensure maximum efficiency and accountability
Assist with projects such as data and workflow management, system performance, learning management system enhancement
Develop, process and maintain periodic reports of employee data
Manage our online learning artefacts to ensure currency, updates, trouble shoot technical issues and support content experts in developing artefacts
