Job description

Key responsibilities

  • Developing comprehensive training materials including presentations, videos, and
  • documentation for ICT training programs.
  • Managing and maintaining an up-to-date ICT knowledge base/library for easy access to information and resources.
  • Developing change management strategies and tactics to minimise resistance and maximise engagement during ICT initiatives.
  • Conducting training sessions and hands-on workshops to familiarise users with new systems and processes.
  • Creating user guides, manuals, and FAQs to facilitate smooth adoption of new digital processes.
  • Drafting and editing communication materials such as emails, SharePoint and announcements related to ICT updates and initiatives.
  • Leading the implementation of digital processes and tools through training and communication plans.
  • Providing support and guidance to stakeholders during the implementation of digital initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and technical advice to ICT officers to problem solve and resolve requests and incidents.
  • Lead the development of operational policies, practices and system documentation.
  • Maintains highly productive relationships with the business and external stakeholders and actively participates in decision-making at an organisational level.
  • Provides specialist advice and guidance to business, management, and other key stakeholders with regards to delivery, operation and use of ICT and information management and potential business benefits.
  • Participate in large complex technology projects ensuring that business benefits are realised.
  • Provides input to and implements standards and procedures for the achievement of good practice in the planning, delivery and operations of digital platforms, systems, information, and infrastructure within The Public Trustee.
  • Participate in the determination and implementation of solutions to complex, operational problems including the coordination of necessary vendor, technical and business parties.
  • Lead and actively participate in a team providing support for service delivery, projects and day-to-day operational activities as required.
  • Contributing to a positive and safe work environment by modelling conduct that is culturally capable, inclusive, respectful, and ethical.
