This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations of our IAM environment, with a specific focus on managing and operating Ping Identity solutions.


Job Overview:
Primary responsibility will be to manage the day-to-day operational activities related to identity and access management. This includes handling routine access requests, monitoring system performance, resolving incidents, and ensuring the continuous availability of our IAM services.

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-Day Operations: Manage and support daily IAM activities, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access modifications, and account lifecycle management.

Ping Identity Administration: Operate and maintain Ping Identity products ensuring system stability and performance.

Location : Sydney.

Prepares new or changed services, manages change processes, and manages performance of systems and services in relation to their contribution to business performance. Applies technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions and typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical client situations.
