We are looking for a dynamic Process Improvement Specialist with a strong background in Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational excellence and enhance project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and Execution: Utilise structured methodologies and processes, such as Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt), to identify and implement improvement initiatives. Establish comprehensive project plans, monitor progress, and coordinate team activities.

  • Opportunity Analysis: Identify areas for improvement by analysing existing processes and workflows, ensuring maximum efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Process Improvement: Lead efforts to identify inefficiencies and streamline processes. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery outcomes.

  • Operational Cost Efficiencies: Apply problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making to analyse project data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations to optimise operational costs.

  • Change Management: Lead and manage teams through change, addressing resistance and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes and methodologies.

  • Performance Measurement: Establish key metrics to track improvement initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinate and engage with stakeholders from various departments or teams to ensure collaborative efforts and alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working in Telco operations.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing projects using Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading process improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop effective solutions.
  • Experience in change management, including leading teams through transitions and addressing resistance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
