Role Description
Technical Integration and Dependency Manager to manage end to end integration and all of internal and cross agency dependencies to ensure delivery of the Whole of Government (Salesforce and MuleSoft) Platform.
Deliverables
The Deliverables for the Technical Integration and Dependency Manager include, but are not limited to the following:
- Develop and implement end to end integration roadmap
- Develop dependency map and tracker to manage program dependencies effectively
- Develop and manage risks and issues related to end to end program integration and dependencies along with robust risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate and run end to end program integration and dependency related sessions and workshops
- Report on program integration and dependency status to executive team and directors
- Identify opportunities for continual improvement.
- Ensure relevant standards, processes and regulations are upheld. Required skills and experience /
Essential Criteria:
- Mandatory - Degree in Information Technology (IT)
- At least 10 years' experience in the delivery of large programs of work in Federal Agencies.
- 5+ Years of experience in managing end to end integration and dependency of large programs in a Commonwealth environment.
- Experience in delivery programs using agile and SAFe methodology
Desirable Criteria:
- Well experienced in solving integration issues in complex technical environments, across multiple systems with many touch points.
- Experience of delivering large programs of work in Federal Agencies.
- Experience in dependency management
- Experience with API gateways
- Strong governance oversight and ability to manage risks and issues well.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to negotiate to reach a desired outcome.
- Strong communication skills
Australian Citizenship and current Baseline Clearance are mandatory for this position.
