Job description
Role:
A combined Project Management and Business Analysis role to take responsibility for an emerging project within a large Transformation Program
Responsibilites:
- Develop a Project Management Plan for the project in collaboration with the Program Manager including project scope, approach, schedule, resource and costs
- monitor project progress and develop project status reports as required
- deal with project issues and risks
- undertake an analysis of the business requirements for the project
- assist with the specification for a market approach for a suitable configurable-off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution
- participate in the procurement process and the evalaution and selection of the desired COTS solution and supplier
- oversee the configuration, testing and deployment of the solution in collaboration with selected solution provider
- work with the Organisational Change Manager to understand the organisational change impact of the project and undertake the required stakeholder communications and engagement processes
Skills and Experience
Essential
- proven experience as a Business Analyst/Project Manager in similar projects
- proven experience in managing small to medium complexity projects
- effective written and oral communication skills
- Recent references from similar work undertaken
