Are you tech-savvy with a passion for customer service? Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as an IT Support/Service Desk professional. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support to our internal teams across the globe.
What you will need:
- Proven experience in customer engagement.
- Experience providing first-line support to end users.
- Experience working within an ITSM.
- Knowledge and resolutions of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
- Knowledge and resolutions of the end user Microsoft 365 E5 application stack.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint / OneDrive for Business
- Teams
- Exposure to Microsoft Azure
- Azure Active Directory
- Exposure to Microsoft Intune
- Exposure to Windows Server
- Exposure using Active Directory
- Basic understanding of TCP / IP networking
- Exposure to PowerShell & scripting
- A good understanding of technical terms
- An excellent team player
- The ability to dynamically change priorities depending on the needs of the current situation.
- A logical approach to problem solving.
- Good written and communication skills.
