Job description

Are you tech-savvy with a passion for customer service? Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as an IT Support/Service Desk professional. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective support to our internal teams across the globe.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer engagement.
  • Experience providing first-line support to end users.
  • Experience working within an ITSM.
  • Knowledge and resolutions of Windows 10/11 Operating Systems
  • Knowledge and resolutions of the end user Microsoft 365 E5 application stack.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration
    • Exchange Online
    • SharePoint / OneDrive for Business
    • Teams
  • Exposure to Microsoft Azure
    • Azure Active Directory
    • Exposure to Microsoft Intune
  • Exposure to Windows Server
    • Exposure using Active Directory
  • Basic understanding of TCP / IP networking
  • Exposure to PowerShell & scripting
  • A good understanding of technical terms
  • An excellent team player
  • The ability to dynamically change priorities depending on the needs of the current situation.
  • A logical approach to problem solving.
  • Good written and communication skills.
