Role Overview:
Join a dynamic Digital Operations team as an ITIL Environment & Release Manager. You will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of IT infrastructure and software releases, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Your role will be pivotal in driving end-to-end release management, from planning and scheduling to risk management and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement release processes and procedures.
- Coordinate software releases across environments, ensuring timeliness and efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders throughout the release lifecycle.
- Manage risks associated with releases and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and report on release success metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years demonstrable experience as an ICT Environment and Release manager or very similar role i.e., 'Release Manager'
- Strong understanding of ICT systems and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Risk management skills
- Experience using relevant tools to support environment and release management
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- ITIL
- Certified Release Manager (CRM)
