We're looking for bright and enthusiastic recent IT or Business Analytics grads to join our team as Junior Business Analysts.
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills.
What you'll do:
- Help onboard new systems and improve the functionality of existing ones.
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze processes and support data analysis.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements from stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements specifications, process flow diagrams, and AS-IS to BE assessments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and gather requirements.
What we're looking for:
- Recent IT or Business Analytics graduate.
- Entry-level certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) is a bonus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Passion for business analysis and digital transformation.
