Job description



You'll work closely with key stakeholders across Shared Services hubs to maintain consistency across the Cluster and support the alignment of the content strategy with their vision in a government agency. You will play a significant role in the development of a successful and effective knowledge bases and will have a direct impact on employees and consumers of Shared Services day to day.


Key accountabilities

  • Responsible for developing, supporting and facilitating knowledge related to implementation of the PaTH (Process and Technology Harmonisation) project, including documentation of all key activities and learning points and producing knowledge artefacts accordingly in order to facilitate replication of good practices and learning.
  • Support areas of knowledge harvesting, knowledge sharing, content sanitization, developing, publishing and maintenance of knowledge artefacts for internal and external employees on different platforms.
  • Work with support specialists, product managers, and other subject matter experts across business to produce high quality technical documentation in our knowledge bases and advise on language best practices and address operational requirements.
  • Closely communicate with our support team to identify and remedy knowledge gaps in internal and external knowledge bases.
  • Contribute ideas to improving content strategy and the self-serve experience
  • Develop and adapt templates and content as required to support project
  • Establish and maintain strong connections and networks with relevant staff to ensure content and requirements are accurately captured.
  • Other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as directed by the reporting Manager.

    Essential Requirements:
    Key knowledge and experience
  • 3+ years in Knowledge Management in the development of knowledge management materials, tools and artefacts in a multi-federated organisation
  • Proven record of expertise in technical writing and documentation.
  • Shared Services background or knowledge is desirable
  • Working knowledge of Service Now / SAP S/4 Hana (must have) and SAP Enable now (desirable).
  • Exceptional communication skills and influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders
  • Excellence in building strong client relationships and delivery of adaptable client centric solutions
  • Interacts with all stakeholders in ways that demonstrates respect of social and cultural differences
  • High attention to detail / excellent written and verbal communication skills
