About the role

Kronos Functional Consultant is a highly specialised role responsible for creating detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation as necessary.

What you will be doing?

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business processes related to workforce management, timekeeping, and scheduling.
  • Utilize expertise in Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) to analyze, design, configure, and implement solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Provide consultancy on Kronos Dimensions implementation and optimization, ensuring effective utilization of the platform to meet organizational needs.
  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement within Kronos WFC and Dimensions.
  • Customize Kronos WFC and Dimensions modules to enhance system functionality and address unique business requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to oversee the integration of Kronos solutions with other HR and ERP systems.
  • Lead and participate in workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring a smooth transition to Kronos functionalities.
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Kronos-related incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver Kronos implementations within established timelines and budget.
  • Stay current with Kronos updates, industry best practices, and emerging trends to advise clients on optimizing their workforce management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Proven experience as a Kronos Functional Consultant with a focus on WFC and Dimensions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kronos WFC and Dimensions modules, including configuration and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into effective Kronos solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
  • Previous experience in implementing Kronos solutions for diverse industries.
  • Familiarity with Kronos Dimensions and the ability to design and implement solutions leveraging this functionality.
