Job description
My client is seeking an experienced Kronos Workforce Management Solution Architect to lead the design and architecture work for a Enterprise class project delivering innovative solutions to enhance customer experience. You'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising the UKG Pro WFM solution.
This role requires deep expertise in UKG Pro Workforce Management solutions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams to drive business objectives.
Responsibilities include:
- Solution Design and Implementation
- Lead the design and architecture of the UKG Pro WFM solution, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
- Oversee the end to end implementation of UKG Pro WFM modules.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with internal and client teams to gather requirements, define scope, and establish timelines for the implementation of UKG Pro WFM
- Act as the primary UKG SME point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- System Optimization
- Identify opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay current with UKG Pro WFM updates and industry trends to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and capabilities.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with UKG Pro WFM formerly Kronos Workforce Dimensions .
- Proven track record in UKG solution architecture, UKG system implementation
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certifications in UKG Pro WFM Certifications Negotiation and closing skills
