Job description
Key responsibilities:
- Customize Kubernetes clusters for dev, test, and prod teams
- Enforce security measures: RBAC, pod policies, network isolation
- Automate CI/CD with GitOps, embedding security tests
- Deploy security testing tools for app vulnerabilities
- Guide developers on secure coding and infrastructure
- Monitor clusters for threats, coordinate incident response
Required skills: - 3+ yrs in DevOps or Kubernetes
- Deep Kubernetes knowledge
- Proficient in CI/CD and automation (e.g., Jenkins X)
- Security testing proficiency (SAST, DAST, SCA)
- Scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible)
- Networking security understanding
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management
KPIs: - Time to set up secure clusters
- Vulnerability count and severity
- Deployment success and lead time
- Developer and team satisfaction
