About the role
L3 Support Engineer is a highly specialised role responsible for understanding the code and the ability to design technical solutions and they provide optimal solutions for the core problems, code fixes, data adjustments, diagnose and fix operational issues.
Strong understanding of Core Java and J2EE server technologies.
Experience building REST and Soap web services using Java and APIs.
Good understanding of relational databases such as writing SQL/Stored Procedures.
Work on Problem / Incidents and resolve them.
Excellent communication skills.
