Job description

Are you an experienced and driven Senior Full Stack Developer looking to join a dynamic consultancy team in Perth? We are seeking a talented individual to take on the role of Senior Full Stack Developer. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative solutions for our clients while also managing both onshore and offshore development teams. This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in both backend and frontend development, as well as your leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Backend Development:

  • Utilise your deep knowledge of .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, Rabbit MQ, Micro-services, Redis Cache, and SQL Server to design, develop, and maintain robust backend solutions.
  • Implement containerisation using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes to ensure seamless deployment and scaling of applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure agile development processes are followed, using tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Frontend Development:

  • Leverage your proficiency in React.js, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and Figma to create engaging and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
  • Participate in agile development cycles, providing input and ideas for enhancing user experiences and interface designs.

Team Management:

  • Lead both onshore and offshore development teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in backend development using .NET Core, C#, Entity Framework, Web API, Rabbit MQ, Micro-services, Redis Cache, and SQL Server.
  • Proficiency in containerisation (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) for efficient deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including React.js, Typescript, HTML/CSS, and Figma.
  • Proven track record in agile development methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Previous experience in managing both onshore and offshore development teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
