Qualifications
- Experience as a lead software engineer, leading technical initiatives, R&D and guiding teams successfully
- Proven track record with exceptional technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong experience with C++ and Java
- Experience leading a developer team in a fast-paced startup environment is a plus.
- Expert in agile project management with a history of successful iterative development cycles.
