Role Outline

A large Managed Services Provider with 40 years of operation is looking to add several Level 2 & 3 Support Analysts to their team. You will work with a variety of clients in the education and finance sectors providing VIP levels of service.

You will be joining a team that will be working on a wide range of IT support. As a Support Analyst, you will be involved in

  • Providing level 2 & # support via phone or email
  • Resolving cloud, mobile and infrastructure support
  • Logging tickets and details
  • Some project work as required

Skills and experience required:

  • 3 - 5 years IT experience
  • Providing level 2 &3 support
  • Background in Microsoft platforms and tools
  • SCCM and Intune
  • M365 and Azure Active Directory
  • IT Certifications (diploma or degree level)

Salaries on offer are based on your skills and experience. We are looking to fill multiple positions with a salary starting at $65,000 per year based on your skills and experience.
