Role: Marketing Automation Lead
MAP's: Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua
Location: Eastern suburbs of Melbourne
Number of People to Manage: 2
Salary: 130K - 140K Package (Inc Super)

Expectations and Contributions:

  • Develop and implement marketing automation strategies in harmony with broader marketing objectives, ensuring precision and impact.
  • Collaborate with clients to discern business objectives, syncing marketing automation strategies. Provide regular, insightful updates and reports showcasing the tangible business impact.
  • Lead the selection, implementation, and management of cutting-edge marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, SFMC), ensuring seamless integration and optimal functionality.
  • Architect and execute targeted marketing campaigns utilizing automation tools, driving specific segment objectives. Analyze results, optimize strategies, and ensure data-driven insights guide ongoing enhancements.
  • Design and implement lead nurturing workflows, guiding prospects through the marketing funnel for enhanced conversion rates. Craft personalized content tailored to various stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Provide comprehensive training and support to internal teams and clients, ensuring adept utilization of marketing automation tools. Address challenges, troubleshoot effectively, and optimize automation capabilities for maximum efficiency.
  • Manage allocated budgets for marketing automation tools, training, and resources. Evaluate ROI of initiatives, adjusting strategies meticulously to enhance effectiveness.

Capabilities and Achievements:

  • Proficient in Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, and similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of Martech, CRM, and integration.
  • Experienced in planning and optimising campaigns with automation tools.
  • Skilled in analytics and reporting for effective communication.
  • Strong communicator for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Client-facing expertise in presenting strategies and results.

Bonus advantage if you possess:

  • B2B Marketing expertise with insights into unique challenges.
  • Relevant certifications in marketing automation platforms. (Adobe Marketo)
  • Digital agency/ consulting experience, adept at managing diverse clients.
