Job description
In this role your will get the opportunity to take ownership of implementing the infrastructure monitoring standard and focus mainly on delivering a monitoring solution that provides visibility of all key services and supporting technologies of the company.
Your role will include:
Defining the monitoring standard
Agreeing on scope; end point, services, components
Developing an alerting and escalation procedure for critical assets.
Developing corrective action playbooks for critical assets
Executing the work to deliver the monitoring solution/s
