Job description

Take your career to the next level being part of this 'dynamic' ICT team within State Government, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics in order to transform their technology landscape.

As a MS Dynamics CRM Consultant you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, being involved from development to software architecture, with a view to solving complex business issues from strategy to execution.

You will work directly with business stakeholders and other developers to design, configure, and customise the Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution, with a focus on customer facing portals. A successful candidate will be able to understand business processes and implement technical requirements that fulfil the needs of the relevant stakeholders.

  • Develop/Architect the CRM system, related customisation's, and reports to model the business organisational process
  • Extensive development experience that includes Microsoft, .NET Framework, C#, JavaScript, HTML5 and/or RESTful Web services.
  • Displays extensive strategic thinking skills and are effective at managing change and multiple priorities in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Champion the adoption of the CRM solution capabilities and ensure best practice design and development practices are adhered to.
  • Design, document, build, test, and deploy MS Dynamics CRM Online enhancements that include custom plugins, workflows, and form automation using C# and JavaScript
  • Customise and administrate solutions like new entities, form upgrades, dashboards, and reports
  • Upgrade and maintain custom integration's between CRM and external databases using C# and SQL
  • Collaborate in an Agile methodology with product owners, project managers, and analysts to provide design, scope, and time line estimations to internal and external stakeholders
