Job description

12-month contract opportunity available for an experienced Organisational Change Analyst to work with our well-regarded government client. This role will be based in Brisbane CBD. Market rates are on offer.

Our client has moved into an embedding phase which is more business & system improvements/changes than system implementation. There are multiple changes on the go at any one time so it's very busy and fast paced.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Organisational Change Management Lead and Project Manager to manage the organisational change required to ensure smooth transition to Reside (new ICT system) and associated new business processes
  • Support the execution of organisational change management and communication and engagement plans
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders
  • Facilitate workshops and information sessions to raise stakeholder awareness and commitment to the organisational change
  • Support the Impact Analysis work with each affected stakeholder site - providing analytical support to validate the enterprise wide impact assessment with each local site, contributing to the development and proactive monitoring of local action plans to ensure all impacts are addressed to align with solution implementation
  • Support the implementation of Change Readiness Assessments, including the analysis of data gathered through this process, monitoring trends, identifying 'hot spots' requiring additional OCM interventions
  • Ensure appropriate management of the data in the stakeholder relationship management (SRM) software utilised by the program, including working with OCM team, business representatives and other key user groups to ensure completeness, accuracy and currency of data, including the classifying of data received from stakeholders - proactive management to ensure this tool becomes 'one source of truth' for all stakeholder data
  • Maintenance of OCM logs to ensure completeness, accuracy and currency, with focus on communications, risks, key messages, FAQs, etc

Experience:

  • Demonstrated change analyst experience, particularly in a complex project environment
  • A creative and dynamic approach with an understanding of the various project and change methods & tools - and the ability to apply them in a fast paced environment
  • Proven track record across implementation of new ICT systems as well as implementing significant business change
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to develop and maintain sound relationships
