Requirement Overview
A client is seeking Payroll Project Officers/Analysts to work with the HR Payroll team on a project related to leave provisions for staff.
Based within the Core Platforms team and reporting to the Core Platforms Manager, this role will work under the direction of the project manager and payroll manager to support the activities of the project team.
Key Skills & Experience
- Demonstrated experience in a functional and/or operational role with a payroll system. Experience with Peoplesoft HCM Global Payroll is highly desirable.
- Proven data analysis and analytical skills with the ability to validate payroll data and calculations.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines successfully.
Key Qualifications
- Completion of a relevant Business degree, with relevant experience in payroll or accounting activities; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
