They are looking for a Digital Performance Director who has a background with Paid Social, Paid Search & Programmatic Media buying and is passionate about the delivery of quality results to all the clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day operations and campaign management of all performance marketing in partnership with internal direct reports.
  • Lead, manage and facilitate our Performance Management strategy and processes including execution and strategy as well as continuing education, marketing/communications, employee engagement/adoption and operational processes.
  • Partner with business leaders to refine and continuously improve performance management strategy and processes - including effective measurement, establishing feedback mechanisms, identifying gaps, and planning programs to support changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal Specialist Teams to determine and drive alignment on client KPIs, streamline reporting, campaign operations & data feeds as learnings dictate.
  • Manage reporting and analytic requirements along with reporting cadence - working closely with Analytics to develop weekly, monthly and quarterly insight presentations.
  • Coordinate and oversee capability, capacity, and resource planning based on team.

What we are looking for

  • Proficient knowledge working across multiple Performance channels, eg. Paid Search, Paid Social, Mobile and
    Programmatic.
  • Ability to nurture and retain client relationships & understand how performance can feed into wider business goals.
  • Strong managerial experience, including experience developing and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other agency capabilities to meet common goals experience.
  • eCommerce or other conversion focused vertical experience (either client or agency side) is a big bonus.
