Join a leading financial services organisation in Brisbane as a Performance Management Analyst. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering accurate and timely performance reports, including ASX MD&A reporting. Your main duties will include producing monthly and annual cash earnings reports, forecasts, and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate monthly P&L statements
- Prepare reporting packs for Executives and the Board
- Assist with Half Year and Full Year MD&A reports
- Collaborate with Finance teams and other departments
- Maintain budget and forecast versions in TM1
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports
Qualifications:
- CPA, CA, or equivalent qualification
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or FP&A, preferably in Banking and Finance
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
