About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Digital, the Performance Manager is responsible for delivering excellent performance marketing outcomes across a portfolio of clients via strategic planning & best-in-class campaign executions. You will be expected to have a thorough understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be technically proficient in their channel of expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns across various platforms which involves creating and optimizing ads, setting up targeting parameters, and monitoring budgets.
- Campaign Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for your clients that align with their goals and budget across a mix of digital channels, such as PPC, social media advertising, and display advertising.
- Client Communication: Act as a point of contact for clients, understanding their business goals, marketing objectives, and KPIs. Regularly communicate campaign performance, updates, and recommendations to clients.
- Performance Analytics: Use various analytical tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance. Measure KPIs, conversion rates, CTRs, ROAS, and other metrics, and provide insights to improve campaign performance.
- Team Management and Collaboration: Supervise and guide a team of digital marketers, strategists, and media buyers, ensuring they are aligned with campaign objectives and delivering high-quality work.
- Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, allocating resources to different channels and tactics to achieve optimal results. Ensure that budgets are tracked, managed, and optimized to deliver the best return on investment for clients.
- Ensure client KPIs are met across all paid media channels & drive the retention of clients through meeting KPI and performance targets.
- Support the team in business development, including research, proposals, and attending pitch presentations if necessary.
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of experience working in a Digital Marketing agency.
- A solid understanding of performance channels, including paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Experience with Data Analysis Tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, or other marketing analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Proven experience in Budget Management, being able to set and manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring campaigns deliver results within the allocated budget.
- Strong project management skills to plan, execute, and monitor multiple marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. You'll need to present campaign performance reports and strategies clearly and persuasively.
