Paxus Recruitment is partnered with an E-commerce focused Digital Marketing agency which has Operations in the USA and AUS. They are looking for a Digital Performance Director who has a background with Paid Social, Paid Search & Programmatic Media buying and is passionate about the delivery of quality results to all the clients.

Role & Responsibilities
Your time will be split as reporting 10%, team catch ups/WIP 15%, client calls/comms 30%, planning 20%, admin 10% and proactive initiatives 15%

Team managment & Development

  • Manages the allocation of resources within the direct team to ensure that all accounts are adequately resourced and work is delivered in an efficient manner
  • You will provide coaching and leadership your team and develop and train your direct reports so they can continue in their career progression with regular check ins on their wellbeing, development.

Planning , Stategy & Client Managment

  • Responsible for the day-to-day interaction with various clients.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and cross-departmental revenue growth within the agency.
  • Prepares media plan options, analyses, and recommendations based on strategic direction provided
  • Interpreting client's goals and pain points, understanding brand guidelines and strategic initiatives, setting and communicating expectations, scheduling and organising resources, managing deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Implementation & Optimisation

  • Optimises performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including SEM, display, paid social, re-targeting and affiliates
  • Analysis of web and campaign analytics to undercover key learning's and insights to construct actionable performance recommendations.
  • Reporting, including maintaining and forecasting of monthly budgets, and reviewing reports and analysis with clients.

What we are looking for

  • 6+ years experience in managing Paid Marketing channels (Google, Instagram, Facebook, Linked-In).
  • Good at pulling insights from Google Analytics, forecasting for multiple channels and recommending digital attribution and channel mix strategy.
  • Experience of managing and developing holistic digital services and strategy with excellent project management skills
  • Proven ability to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients, associates and management.
  • Bonus if you have experience in eCommerce or other conversion focused landscape (either client or agency side)
